How long are the sessions?
I offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions.

Do you give nutrition advice?
Yes. I try to give my clients a good basis in nutrition to help them develop good eating habits. All of which are beneficial to your exercise program.

What areas do you service?
As of now, We stick pretty close to Boston and surrounding towns

Do I have to join a gym?
No. Clients of  Personal trainer Boston  have the opportunity to receive their sessions at home, work, or the park. Where ever you feel the most comfortable.

Can you meet me at my gym?
Yes. Just let me know ahead of time so we can work out any details with your gym.

Do I have to have any equipment?
No. I provide all equipment necessary to complete a thorough workout. However, if you have your own equipment we can work with that as well.

What is your availability?
I’m available, at some point, 7 days a week. Just call and check to schedule your next appointment.

How do you determine what exercises I need to do?
To develop a customized exercise prescription, I begin with a fitness consultation to determine a basis of your level of fitness. From there, I interview the client to establish a preferred focus for our sessions together. This means that if you would like to work on your buns and thighs I make sure to add in exercises that will address that area. Overall, most workouts are a learning experience where the trainer and client work together to get the best results.
