Blueberry Orange and Protein Smoothie

This smoothie recipe with blueberries, orange, and protein powder makes a great before and after workout snack. It is rich in  fiber and antioxidants to help boost immunity.

 Ingredients 1 cup blueberries½ medium orange, peeled, cut into segments1 scoop whey protein powder

 Method
  1. Place blueberries, orange, protein powder, and water into the tall glass. Puree in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until becomes smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled serving glass. Garnish with a few blueberries, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
